1. Scope
These Terms apply to orders placed by consumers purchasing products through safidishop.com.
By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges the information presented during checkout and these Terms of Sale.
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page.
Customers should review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and other information before ordering.
Reasonable differences caused by screen display, lighting or photographic conditions may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
The price and any applicable shipping costs are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Standard shipping costs €5.99.
Standard shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.
4. Orders
The customer selects products and completes the checkout process.
Before submitting the order, the customer is responsible for checking:
- Selected products;
- Quantities;
- Delivery address;
- Contact information;
- Total price.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable products, an obvious error, or an address outside our shipping area.
Where an order is cancelled after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
The accepted payment methods are:

Payment is processed through the payment systems made available at checkout.
The order may be subject to authorization and fraud-prevention checks.
6. Shipping Area
Delivery is limited to Metropolitan France, subject to the following exclusions:
French overseas departments, overseas regions and overseas territories; islands and island territories; military bases and military restricted areas; high-security or restricted-access facilities; and addresses that cannot normally be served by the selected carrier.
An order containing an address outside the permitted delivery area may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
8. Transfer of Risk
For consumer sales, risk relating to the goods transfers in accordance with applicable mandatory law, including rules relating to physical receipt of the goods by the consumer or an authorized third party.
9. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact:

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the applicable return period.
SAFIDI bears the standard return shipping cost for eligible returns.

10. Withdrawal Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products where the statutory exception applies.
Mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not affected.
11. Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed using the original payment method unless another method is agreed where legally permitted.
Once the return has been received and checked, we aim to process the refund within a maximum of 3 business days.
The customer's payment institution may require additional time to display the refund.
12. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity under French consumer law.
For goods covered by the applicable rules, a consumer may exercise the legal guarantee where a product does not conform to the contract.
The legal guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery for qualifying goods, subject to applicable statutory conditions.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include bringing the product into conformity through repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the sale.
These statutory rights apply independently of the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal period.
13. Hidden Defects
Customers may also benefit from mandatory legal protection relating to hidden defects under applicable French law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes such mandatory legal rights.

16. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising rights granted to them by mandatory applicable law.
17. Entire Agreement
The order confirmation, these Terms of Sale, the applicable product information, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form the contractual information relating to the relevant purchase.
